Sartaj Ahmad Lone earned his MPhil and PhD from the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda. His areas of interest are dystopian fiction and totalitarian studies, wherein he analyses dystopian literature through critical lenses of discourse, surveillance, propaganda, and resistance studies. His research explores the power, control, and resistance mechanisms within fictional totalitarian regimes, providing insights into the intersections of literature, politics and society.
